To protect the integrity, safety, and quality of this space, all members, subscribers, customers, and visitors must adhere to the following Community Guidelines.

  • Engage in bullying or personal attacks

  • Target another member, staff member, or representative

This includes behavior in:

  • Comments

  • Messages

  • Emails

  • Coaching sessions

  • Community forums

  • Social media interactions connected to our brand

2. Disrespect Toward The Weekday Woman™ Brand or Staff

You may not:

  • Use abusive language toward our team

  • Attempt to undermine the community

  • Engage in aggressive, hostile, or inappropriate conduct

  • Make false or harmful statements about our business or members

We maintain professional boundaries at all times.

3. Unauthorized Sharing, Copying, or Distribution of Content

All content inside The Weekday Woman™ ecosystem is protected intellectual property.

You may NOT:

  • Share membership content outside the platform

  • Record, reproduce, screenshot, or distribute coaching sessions

  • Upload our content to other websites, groups, or platforms

  • Resell, redistribute, or copy our materials

  • Share login credentials with others

This includes:

  • Courses

  • Podcasts

  • Downloads

  • Coaching materials

  • Worksheets

  • Masterclasses

  • Audio sessions

Violation may result in legal action.

4. Spam, Promotion, or Solicitation

You may not:

  • Promote your own business, products, or services without permission

  • Send unsolicited offers or messages to members

  • Recruit members into outside programs

  • Post advertisements, affiliate links, or solicitations

This is a protected professional space, not a marketing platform.

5. Disruptive or Harmful Behavior

You may not:

  • Disrupt the community environment

  • Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the platform

  • Circumvent security features

  • Provide false account information

  • Create duplicate accounts after termination

6. Illegal or Unlawful Activity

You may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose, including:

  • Fraud

  • Copyright infringement

  • Identity misuse

  • Unauthorized access

  • Any activity that violates applicable laws

Confidentiality Requirement

Members agree to:

  • Respect the privacy of other members

  • Not share personal stories, discussions, or coaching content outside the community

  • Maintain confidentiality of all private interactions

This protects the trust and safety of everyone.

Enforcement and Consequences of Breach

Violation of these guidelines is taken seriously.

We reserve the absolute right to take any of the following actions, at our sole discretion, without warning:

Level 1: Warning

For minor violations, you may receive:

  • Written warning

  • Request to correct behavior

Level 2: Content Removal or Access Restriction

We may:

  • Remove posts or comments

  • Restrict access to features

  • Suspend participation privileges

Level 3: Immediate Membership Suspension

We may suspend your account immediately if conduct is deemed harmful.

During suspension:

  • Access to all content will be revoked

  • No refunds will be provided

Level 4: Permanent Termination (No Refund)

For serious violations, including but not limited to:

  • Harassment

  • Content theft

  • Unauthorized sharing

  • Abuse toward staff or members

  • Breach of intellectual property

Your account will be permanently terminated.

Consequences include:

  • Immediate and permanent loss of access

  • No refund under any circumstances

  • Ban from future access

  • Possible legal action if applicable

Intellectual Property Enforcement

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of The Weekday Woman™ intellectual property may result in:

  • Immediate termination

  • Legal enforcement

  • Financial damages claims

We actively protect our intellectual property.

No Refund Policy for Terminated Accounts

If your membership or access is terminated due to violation of these guidelines:

You will NOT receive a refund.

This applies regardless of:

  • Membership length

  • Payment date

  • Content usage status
