Welcome to The Weekday Woman

At The Weekday Woman, we believe women shouldn’t have to choose between professional success and personal joy to survive the Monday-to-Friday grind. Our mission is simple: to help working women reclaim their weekdays with more energy, confidence, and clarity—one realistic, joy-filled step at a time.

We exist to support the modern, multifaceted woman—the one who’s balancing meetings and meal prep, deadlines and daycare, ambition and after-school chaos. Whether you’re navigating career burnout, mom guilt, or the elusive search for weekday wellness, we’re here to remind you: you don’t have to do it all, and you certainly don’t have to do it alone.

Our Philosophy

We believe weekdays were made for flourishing, not just functioning.

That’s why we take a whole-life approach, blending positive psychology, practical productivity tools, and real-talk strategies to help you live well in the middle of your real life (yes, even on a Tuesday with three Zoom calls and a sick kid). Here, we trade in perfection for progress and hustle culture for holistic well-being.

We’re not about adding more to your plate—we’re about helping you clear space for what actually nourishes you.

Who We Serve

We serve working women, who may also be caregivers, married, business owners, and multi-role jugglers, who are tired of burnout being the baseline. You’re smart, driven, and doing your best… but you’re ready to do weekday life differently. You’re not just looking for motivation. You’re looking for movement. Momentum. Meaning. And maybe a minute to breathe.

Whether you’re here for a mindset shift, a productivity tool, a podcast episode, or a planner that finally gets you, The Weekday Woman is your go-to guide for navigating work, home, and everything in between—with more ease and a lot more joy.

Welcome to your weekday {woman} revolution.

-Alissa, The Weekday Woman Co.

" Sure, the rest of the world runs on weekdays—but that doesn’t mean it gets to run you."

  • A: Not at all. The Weekday Woman isn’t about a calendar — it’s about a calling.

Whether you’re clocking in Monday through Friday, working nights and weekends, or juggling shifts that change with the wind — you belong here.

The “weekday” in The Weekday Woman represents the rhythm of life most women live in: full schedules, nonstop demands, and the daily grind of managing both paid work and unpaid labor — what we call the double shift.

    We serve women who:

    • Care for families while managing careers

    • Handle households, homework, deadlines, and dinner

    • Are balancing ambition with exhaustion

Hi, I’m Alissa, Your Weekday Homegirl®

Welcome Weekday Woman,

I'm so glad you're here. Because let’s face it: navigating work and life is less of a balanced routine and more of a full-contact sport. You’re managing deadlines, meetings, meals, meltdowns—and somehow expected to look composed while reheating your coffee for the third time. And then there’s the double shift—where your day job hands off to your second job: chef, house manager, therapist, chauffeur, nurse, maid, bedtime negotiator. Sound familiar?

Here’s what I know: when you reconnect with your why and honor your worth, the weekday chaos doesn’t just feel lighter—it starts to work for you.

For me, that purpose begins with my faith and family—my husband, three amazing kids, 2 fur babies, and our newest bundle of joy, a grandbaby boy who’s as cute as he is lovable.

As a woman wearing many hats {wife, mom, partner, boss, leader, full-time business owner}, 25 years in the helping profession of coaching, I created The Weekday Woman for women like us—driven, determined, drained, and done with pretending burnout is a badge of honor.

Because yes, the double shift is real. You’re probably juggling business, the boardroom, the broom, the bottle, and probably that same basket of laundry on repeat. But here’s the thing: you were made for more than survival mode.

You deserve better weekdays.

This space is your midweek exhale—a place to ditch the overwhelm, reclaim your joy, and build a weekday life that actually feels good. Whether you're tackling the Sunday Scaries, crashing midweek, or just craving a moment of real talk between the real work, I’m in your corner.

MY GUILTY PLEASURES…

The Weekday Woman is working and holding a film slate in front of their face, obscuring it from view, with a plain white background.

80’s-90’s Movies + Music

When my weeks get tough, I rely on faith and family to recover. But nothing helps me unwind like a great playlist and good old 80s and 90s rom-coms and action movies. I consider myself a bit of a rom-com movie buff.

Beach Novels

I adore a good Novel Series. I love REAL BOOKS, even though I’m a tech fanatic. Nothing beats the new book smell and the feel of turning actual pages. At the moment, I’m plowing through Elin Hilderbrand’s Summer Beach Series and planning a future trip to Nantucket!

Creating Solutions for My Tribe

I have 25 years of experience in business and continue to coach and create solutions, interventions, and content for my community, more so now than ever. I guess you can call that skin in the game. :-) It hasn’t been easy, but it's worth it.
